The Sunrise League All-Stars dressed only six players Friday during the 3A Senior All-Star Game but proved that quality of talent wins over quantity with a 2-0 victory over the Sunset team.

The Boulder City High School girls volleyball program closed out its season Friday at Damonte Ranch High School in Reno, losing to Northern Nevada challenger Truckee 3-0 in the 3A state semifinals.

The wait is over for Bravo Field to be renovated, with new spacious dugouts and a revamped infield playing surface being added to the softball field courtesy of Boulder City Parks and Recreation Department.
