Back from holiday break, Boulder City High School is coming into the new year with momentum, following a 3-2 finish in the Green Valley Christian Holiday Tournament.
Boulder City High School wrestling was busy this past week, competing in a tri-dual at home on Dec. 10, followed by a trip to La Costa Canyon in Carlsbad, Calif. on Dec. 12.
Boulder City High School flag football advanced to 3-1 on the season, defeating Cheyenne and Basic this past week.
Boulder City High School boys basketball picked up a big victory over Moapa Valley on Dec. 12, rebounding from defeat against The Meadows on Dec. 10. They are now 4-1 on the young season.
Boulder City will send two teams to the national high school fishing championships after qualifying for the competition at the 2021 TBF Nevada High School State Championship on March 6.

Terry Sylvanie, 49, was arrested Dec. 19 and remained in custody at the Clark County Detention Center as of Tuesday, according to online jail records.
Last week, following the arrest of a shooting suspect, the city put out a press release regarding the incident, but the suspect’s name was not released at that time.
