Helping guide Boulder City High School back to the 3A state title, four Eagles volleyball players were named to the 2026 Nevada Preps All-Southern Nevada boys volleyball team, which consists of players from all divisions.
Moving on to the next level, a pair of Boulder City High School star female athletes have fulfilled their dreams of competing in collegiate athletics.
Finishing as 3A state champion runners-up, five Boulder City High School baseball players were selected to the 3A All-State team, while coach Denny Crine was named coach of the year.
Helping guide Boulder City High School boys volleyball back to the 3A state title, senior David Zwahlen was named 3A player of the year.
The Boulder City High School baseball program made it’s second trip to the Division I-A state tournament in three seasons last year under head coach Bobby Reese, but the varsity coach expects more than just appearances from his talented ball club.
Senior Boulder City High School pitcher and slugger Charlie Masterson has held the title as the state’s best two-way player since she stepped foot on the diamond for the Lady Eagles during her freshman season.
Boulder City girls basketball head coach Paul Dosch couldn’t vote for his star senior to repeat as league Player of the Year earlier this month, but said it would have been a no-brainer to select last season’s Division I-A Sunrise Player of the Year. Luckily, the league’s remaining seven coaches did the bidding for Dosch.
