First off, Merry Christmas to you all. Over the weekend I watched an interesting documentary on Netflix about the New Yorker magazine turning 100.

On Monday, please remember Memorial Day is more than the end of a three-day weekend celebrating summer’s arrival. With fame rising, and a girlfriend on the side, Karloff headed to Nevada for a quickie divorce.
Veteran John Glenn was known by most Americans and indeed was internationally famous. Most Americans also know that Glenn died in December at age 95.
