The number of technical fouls the Boulder City High School boys basketball team acquired in its first two games of the season was changed by rule. In their first game against Valley, Boulder City’s Austin Wishard and Tanner Montgomery got offsetting double-technicals. Against Spring Valley, Carson Balistere was called for an intentional foul, bringing the team’s total to three technical fouls.
