Athlete of the Week

Laura Hubel/Boulder City Review

Each week the coaches at Boulder City High School nominate an athlete to spotlight for contributions made to his or her team. This week’s honoree is junior Mandy Gebhart, who is on the varsity swim team. Coach Sara Carroll said Gebhart is proficient in all events, will do anything to help the team and is helpful to other swimmers. She has won all of her events so far this year and has been a member of winning relay teams. Gebhart is a three-year letterman and state qualifier. She also is a member of the National Honor Society. She is the daughter of Chuck and Katie Gebhart.
