Junior Jacob Hubel is the Athlete of the Week. Hubel pitched in the semifinals against Faith Lutheran and in the state championship against Sierra Vista, both times throwing a complete game. During the Eagles’ push to the Division I-A state title and their first since 2006, Hubel picked up 10 strikeouts and had an ERA of 2.50. Hubel plans to return to the Boulder City mound next year.
