Boulder City has a long history with entertainment, and a local filmmaker is creating her place in it.
When I moved to Southern Nevada and heard the term “monsoon season,” I was confused. Monsoons in the desert? I thought they were tropical/coastal storms that ravaged countries on the other side of the planet, like in southern Asia.

The Boulder City Police Department is once again hosting National Night Out to give the community a chance to interact with first responders, learn about safety and have fun.
