Weekend’s Best Bets

1WINE WALK: The Best Dam Wine Walk and Second Saturday celebration returns to downtown from 4-8 p.m. Saturday. “Mardi Crawl” is theme of this month’s festivities. There will be more than 20 participating locations. Tickets are $25 per person or $45 a couple. Purchase a wine glass and wristband at the first stop, Boulder City Chamber of Commerce, 465 Nevada Way. The last wine glasses will be sold at 6:30 p.m.

2ROCK OUT: Or stroll or roll during a fundraiser to benefit the Senior Center of Boulder City’s Meals on Wheels program. The Rock, Roll and Stroll will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at Veterans’ Memorial Park. Participants can collect pledges for the time spent in a rocking chair, being pushed in a wheelchair or walking around the park. There will be entertainment, food and more. 3BLUEGRASS: Out of the Desert will perform at Boulder Dam Brewing Co. on Saturday evening. The Las Vegas-based group plays bluegrass. Music begins at 8 p.m. The Brewpub is at 453 Nevada Way. Call 702-243-2739 or visit www.boulderdambrewing.com for more information.
