Ever since 2020 when COVID prevented people from gathering, Garrett Junior High created what’s now become a new tradition in Boulder City. The promotion parade starts at the high school, goes by Garrett and makes its way by King and Mitchell elementary schools. The parade showcases students who are advancing on from kindergarten, second, fifth and eighth grade.
