The Boulder City 4-H Club Superbots discuss their scores after competing in the Southern Nevada championship of the First Lego League tournament Jan. 24 at the West Career and Technical Academy in Las Vegas. The Superbots finished 10th out of 32 finalists and were recognized for their teamwork and community service. They competed to help raise autism awareness as one of their team members is autistic. Team members range in age from 10 to 14. More than 100 teams competed in the tournament. First promotes science and technology in young people.
