A woman called police and said her neighbor was posting things about her on Facebook. According to the woman, the posts said that she was abusing dogs and told others to confront her. Police advised her to put a lock on her gate and contact an attorney if she felt the claims were libelous.

Police received a call about a student who refused to go to class.

Police responded to a scene where a man walked in and out of traffic while holding a sign.

A man said he went inside his house to get items when a woman threw coffee at him, police said.

Police responded to a two-car car accident on Canyon and Industrial roads.

A woman told police a strong odor of marijuana was coming from a nearby apartment complex. The woman said the smell was coming into her house.

Police received a call about a theft involving a woman wearing Cookie Monster pajamas.

Nov. 15, 4:55 p.m.

A woman said two men came into her elderly mother’s house and told her mother she owed them $50 for fixing her roof, according to police. The caller said the two men then came into the house and began to look around. The two men got jumpy when the woman asked who was inside, she said. The two men then left the house.

A man called police and told them that another man hit him with books.

Nov. 17, 12:29 p.m.

Police received a call about a missing statue worth $9,500.

Nov. 17, 6:51 p.m.

Police received a call about a missing TV valued at $200.
