A woman called to report that an unidentified man covered in blood from a recent assault was pounding on her door.
April 26, 10:23 a.m.
Authorities were called about a man burning a large pile of garbage in his backyard. Upon the arrival, were informed the homeowner told her husband he was not allowed to burn trash and he extinguished all flames with a garden hose.
April 26, 5:57 p.m.
A caller called to complain that whenever the man next door had guests he would pull his camper out in front of his house to create a guest house, blocking traffic. Officers informed the man that camping was not allowed within city limits.
April 27, 11:09 a.m.
A man reported that when he evicted his ex-girlfriend from his home, she and her son stole a pair of dressers.
April 27, 7:32 p.m.
Officers received a call about a juveniles playing under the mats on the school field; the caller also requested juveniles be warned to play only on, not under the mats.
April 28, 7:49 a.m.
A caller reported smoke coming from the side of a building and evacuated all occupants from the premises; upon inspection officers informed them that it was only steam coming from the air conditioner.
April 28, 2:01 p.m.
A man showed up at the police station to complain that his next door neighbor was dumping trash in his yard. Upon investigating it became clear to officers that the neighbor was collecting pine needles that fell from the complaining party’s tree, which leaned over the property line into his yard, and dumping them back in the yard of the tree’s owner. Officers informed both parties that this was a civil matter, not a criminal one.
April 29, 10:42 a.m.
A woman called to complain that her husband, who was not allowed to drive because of dementia, had taken the keys and left in the car. Officers found the man at a store.
April 30, 8:36 a.m.
A caller alerted officers about a woman driving a black Mustang swerving all over the road for miles before turning toward the gun range on Silver Line Road.
April 30, 9:02 a.m.
Officers received a complaint that a white man, approximately 40 years old, had come into his home and hit him in the face, but that he had beaten the man up and he left.
May 1, 8:36 a.m.
A woman called to complain about a man who was harassing her. She had the man trespassed the week earlier, then she allowed him back on her property and loaned him $200 Friday. On Saturday the two got into an argument and she demanded the key back but when he dropped the key off it had a note attached with a vulgar word on it.
May 1, 11:31 a.m.
A man complained to officers that his girlfriend had stolen his phone then tried to run him over in her car while he was driving away on his moped.
