Man dead in Lake Mohave boating accident
A man died after a boating accident at Lake Mohave on Saturday afternoon, according to the National Park Service.
Lake Mead officials received a call at approximately 2:15 p.m. about a man who had been cut by a boat propeller near Cactus Cove.
Witnesses told Lake Mead officials that the boat operator accidentally put the boat in reverse and ran over the man. He was pronounced dead at the scene, Lake Mead officials said.
The Mohave County coroner's office identified the man as 51-year-old California resident Charles Estrada.
