A woman called police because she said her 14-year-old daughter kicked her into a wall and needed a “talking to.”

Police issued a battery citation after a woman allegedly beat up another woman at an Elm Street location.

Police received a report from someone who said their neighbor was feeding feral cats and dogs on their property while they were away. Police responded and found eight bowls on the woman’s property, and referred the case to animal control.
