Police received a report of two dogs on a roof on Keys Drive. The caller called back and stated that it was a tree, not dogs.

Police cited someone for possession of narcotics and being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm, at the dry lake bed.

Police received a report of a man and a woman using cocaine at Moore’s Mobile Home Park, 701 Elm St. Police responded and cited a woman for criminal contempt.

Police received a report of bighorn sheep in the roadway at U.S. Highway 93 and Ville Drive.

Police received a report of a man at Tom’s Boulder Inn, 805 Nevada Way, who had possession of another man and woman’s dog and did not want to give it back. He was very angry with the owners and said the male owner looked like a biker and a clown. The owner of the dog took the dog back.

Police received a report of half of a dead cat found in an Arizona Street backyard. The cat was determined to be an animal kill.

Police received a report of a dead cat in the road on Nevada Way and Elm Street.

A male was cited for public drunkenness at Moore’s Mobile Home Park, 701 Elm St.

Police received a report of a burglary on Bayview Drive, where $8,000 cash, jewelry, a stereo and a guitar worth $10,000 were reported stolen.
April 15, 12:41 a.m.
Police issued a citation for driving under the influence of alcohol on Veterans Memorial Drive.
April 15, 9:29 a.m.
Police received a report of a suspicious mailbox with wires coming out attached to a battery pack on State Route 165, near Nelson. A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police bomb squad was called to investigate, and determined that the mailbox was empty. Metro police believed the mailbox, which also included a LED light, was used to direct people to a party.
