The winter months are almost officially upon us. Temperatures have been steadily decreasing, getting close to or below freezing at night. As the weather changes around us we become more conscious of how it affects our bodies.

The theory hit the mainstream in 1982. However, studies in the late ’60s first examined the question of urban spoil.
Remember, Santa is making a list and checking it twice. As children, we learned valuable lessons. Many times we did not agree with our parents or other adults who corrected our behavior.
