A woman told police that a man, who was wearing a coat and carrying a backpack, was staring at a house and trees. The woman said she didn’t believe the man belonged there.

A caller told police that a car had been stolen from a parking lot. Police later found the vehicle and told the caller it had been parked in an alley.

March 5, 4:33 p.m.

Police received a call about three men who were hitchhiking near Nevada Way. The caller said that the men would flip people off when drivers didn’t stop for them.

March 6, 6:56 a.m.

A semitrailer was on fire, police said.

March 6, 3:18 p.m.

A man told police that someone had stolen his trailer from his front yard.

March 7, 1:05 p.m.

Police received a call about a naked man running around a hotel.

March 8, 9:03 a.m.

A man told police that somebody threw toilet paper at his house. The man told police he believed that it might have been someone in his family.

A resident came into the police station to report a dead cat in the middle of the road.

March 9, 6:09 p.m.

Police received a report about a van that had been broken into. The person told police that a $135 scooter had been taken from the van.
