Little Dumpling closed by health district for nonpayment

The Southern Nevada Health District closed Little Dumpling Thai & Chinese Cuisine, 1420 Nevada Highway, on Aug. 21 for nonpayment of fees, according to a notes posted on the front and back doors of the business.

The business also did not comply with "the requirements of managerial conference" with the health district held Aug. 15.

The Boulder City Township Constable has also taped a letter to the front door of Little Dumpling. City offices and the Justice Court are closed Friday so the reason for the constable's letter is not known at this time.

The property has been owned by Qiu L. Chen since 2007, according to the Clark County Assessor site. The 2,000-square-foot building was built in 1978.

The property and business is listed for sale with an asking price of $360,000. According to the listing on loopnet.com, the business operator has 18 months remaining on a $3,200 per month lease.
