Corey Taylor, left, of Slipknot came to hear students from the School of Rock Green Valley, who performed at the Winter Arts Spectacular on Sunday in Bicentennial Park.

The opportunity for children to create their own works of art was part of the Winter Arts Spectacular to benefit The Homestead at Boulder City. The two-day festival was held Saturday and Sunday in Bicentennial Park.
