Grace academy honors top students

Grace Christian Academy Honor Roll students were honored during a special morning chapel recently.

Students earning Straight A certificates were: Emily Donadio, Ethan Ford, Addison Hinds, Natalie Jeffries, Ty Lehr, Alesshia Reinhart, Lauren Tannehill and Moses WainWright.

Students earning A-B certificates were: Everynn Andrade, Grace Carnes, Olivia Carnes, Jack Dwyer, Gabe Edwards, Jack Ferrence, Makenzie Ford, Stella Finnegan, Jamie Jeffries, Meghan Mealey, Julia Osier, Madison Palmer, Cole Parris and Keifer Reinhart.

Clean, clean Boulder City

Saturday, volunteers got a 7 a.m. start for Shine Boulder City, hosted by Main Street Boulder City. The clean-up was an initiative through American 250 Nevada. Volunteers helped clean statues, benches and some business exteriors within the Historic Downtown District.
