Grace Christian Academy in Boulder City recently held its annual spelling bee. Champions of the school spelling bee are eligible to complete in the Association of Christian Schools International’s Las Vegas District Spelling Bee in Henderson in January.
School champions are: Moses WainWright, first grade; Alesshia Reinhart, second grade; Everynn Andrade, third grade; Jack Ferrence, fourth grade; and Dillon Calton, fifth grade.

This past Friday evening, a large and appreciative crowd turned out for the Nevada Shakespeare Festival’s performance of “Henry V” in Bicentennial Park.
