City Councilwoman Peggy Leavitt presented former City Councilman Mike Pacini with a shovel from the Raiders’ stadium groundbreaking for his help with the Showcase Boulder City event at Boulder Creek Golf Club on Friday. According to Leavitt, Pacini organized a similar event while on the council and she got the idea to do another one from him.
