At a special meeting Tuesday, Nov. 30, City Council approved moving forward with a propostal from luxury home builder Toll Brothers for Tract 350, an approximately 45-acre parcel adjacent to the northeast portion of Boulder Creek Golf Club and south of Adams Boulevard. The city stands to make approximately $28.5 million if it goes through.
