The Boulder City Water Division will install new valves Elsa Way, Esther Drive, Jeri Lane, Joy Lane, Nadine Way, Sandra Drive and Stacey Lane on Wednesday, Nov. 6. The homes highlighted in red wwill have no water from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on that day.
