U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Riceal Synnes carries the remains of Victor Forbush, who was a member of the U.S. Navy from 1926 to 1945 and fought in World War II, to his final resting place during the unclaimed veterans service on Friday at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
