Materials to find and identify eagles sit on the boat during the eagle survey conducted by the National Park Service on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Lake Mead. The two can be distinguished by their feathers. Adult bald eagles have white feathers on their head and tail while juvenile bald eagles have dark feathering.
