University of Nevada, Reno history professor and Chautauqua scholar will return to Boulder City and portray undersea explorer Jacques Cousteau when Boulder City Chautauqua presents “Pioneers of of the Sky and Sea” on Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Boulder Theatre.
