Hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday at 813 Arizona St., 702-293-3320. Visit the center’s website at www.seniorcenterbouldercity.org.

Free computers/Internet to members: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Morning coffee, snacks, newspapers: 8-10 a.m.

Library/gift shop: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Lunch hour: 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Suggested donation $2 (60 and older), $3 fee (59 or younger). Meals-on-Wheels are delivered Monday through Friday to the homebound.* Meal passes are available for your convenience at the receptionist’s desk.

Thursday: Tomato bisque soup, tuna stuffed tomato on lettuce, cottage cheese, peaches

Friday: Chili cheese baked potatoes, steamed carrots, banana bread, yogurt and blueberries

Monday: Memorial Day brunch: Denver omelet casserole, potatoes, fruit bowl, biscuit and jelly, juice

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese, steamed spinach, salad, yogurt pops

Wednesday: Chef salad, chili bowl, peach yogurt

Shakespeare returns to BC

This past Friday evening, a large and appreciative crowd turned out for the Nevada Shakespeare Festival’s performance of “Henry V” in Bicentennial Park. The performance was hosted by Main Street Boulder City and the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce. NSF featured six actors and actresses, who each played six to eight characters during the 80-minute performance.
