An 82-year-old woman hit a concrete bollard at the corner of Arizona Street and Nevada Way on Monday afternoon. The police and fire departments responded, and there were no injuries.
The agency is asking a judge to set aside its unprecedented approval so it can conduct more analysis of the controversial project. It comes weeks after the judge halted construction.
