Timothy Sharetts, who was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of discharging a firearm within the city limits, is set to be arraigned at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Boulder City Justice Court.
He faces 11 felony counts discharging a firearm. No additional charges are pending.
Sharetts was arrested by Boulder City Police Department after the shooting around 4:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Darlene Way.
