DA still reviewing case against Frazier

According to the Clark County District Attorney's Office, the case involving former Animal Control Supervisor Mary Jo Frazier is still under review.

Frazier is under investigation for her connection in the deaths of dozens of animals during her time as supervisor. City officials submitted the case to the district attorney's office Dec. 16 seeking 37 felony counts of animal cruelty after allegations that she needlessly killed shelter animals.

Former Boulder City Police Chief Bill Conger originally dropped the criminal case against Frazier in late 2015 after he felt there was no point in charging her since she retired.
