Parishioners at St. Andrew Catholic Church gathered Oct. 3 for a Blessing of the Animals by Deacon Tim O’Callaghan. The Blessing is part of the Feast of St. Francis, who is the patron saint of animals. Attending were 22 dogs, two horses, one rabbit, one guinea pig and their human caregivers.
