Michael Mays, Boulder City’s acting city manager and community development director, was given the Alice Isenberg Memorial Award for his professionalism, ability to find a solution to problems and concern for the business community during Boulder City Chamber of Commerce’s annual awards and installation event June 24, 2021, at the Hoover Dam Lodge.
