Premier Casino/Hotel Resort seeks a Senior Executive Level Director of Engineering at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino:   • Must have a minimum of 7-10 years in a large casino/hotel property • Experience in properties of over 200,000 square feet • 7+ years in a management role, overseeing complex, high-impact projects with a focus on timely and quality-driven execution • Generation plant experience preferred •  Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching teams to achieve high performance and advance professionally. • Experience in maintenance, engineering, and/or construction • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.   Additional Requirements: • OSHA Certified • General Licensees in the following preferred: •  Electrical • HVAC • Plumbing  Please submit resume to: rgomez@cabazonindians-nsn.gov
