Notice of Request for Proposals (RFPs)   The Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB), Workforce Connections, is soliciting proposals from qualified entities with established and verifiable experience and expertise in providing workforce development, education, training, and employment services for job seekers and businesses within the Southern Nevada Workforce Development Area (SNWDA).   Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be issued for the following Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I programs and services: Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth, and One-Stop Operator. This procurement action is supported by WIOA.   The RFPs will be released and made publicly available by close of business on November 4, 2026, on Workforce Connections' website at: https://nvworkforceconnections. org/system-partners/rfp-2026/ All organizations intending to respond to an RFP must have a representative attend the Mandatory Bidders' Conference, either in person or virtually. The Mandatory Bidders' Conference will be held on November 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST at 6330 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89146.   Organizations attending virtually must register at: https://nvworkforceconnections. org/?page_id=10015/ no later than 5:00 PM PST on November 17, 2026. Virtual conference access information will be emailed to registered participants approximately 24 hours prior to the conference.   Proposals submitted by organizations that do not have representation at the Mandatory Bidders' Conference will not be accepted. Program services will commence on July 1, 2027.   Programs are supported in whole with federal funds awarded by the U.S. DOL through Nevada DETR to Workforce Connections—an equal opportunity employer/program.
