Additional charges filed in burglary case

Police have filed additional charges against a local woman who was arrested Jan. 12 on burglary-related charges.

Alyssa Koligian, 39, was booked on 11 felony burglary charges Saturday while she was in custody at Clark County Detention Center, Boulder City Police Detective Jen Woolsey said.

Koligian and her son Andrew Koligian, 18, who also was arrested Jan. 12, were each charged with two counts of possession of burglary tools, a gross misdemeanor; and two counts of possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor.

Stolen property, including jewelry, and burglary tools were found inside a room at the Nevada Inn where the two were living, according to police.

Both Koligians appeared at Boulder Township Justice Court for a preliminary hearing Tuesday, but the hearing was rescheduled until 1 p.m. Feb. 11.

Both remained in custody at the detention center as of Tuesday, each with a bail amount of $44,000.
