Little League sets registration sessions
Boulder City Little League will accept registrations for its upcoming season during two special sessions.
Those interested in playing can register from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday or from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the gym at ABC Park, 801 Adams Blvd.
Four age divisions are offered: rookies, 6 (as of Aug. 31) -9 years; minors, 8-11 years; majors, 10-12 years; and juniors 13-15 years.
Cost to play for the season is $110 for rookies and minors, those 6-10 years old, and $130 for majors and juniors, those from 11-15. There is a $25 sibling discount and a maximum fee of $275 per family.

Golf tourney to benefit BCHS baseball program
The Boulder City Scramble XXV will be held Saturday at Boulder Creek Golf Club, 1501 Veterans Memorial Drive. The tournament benefits the baseball program at Boulder City High School.
The four-person scramble will get underway at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start. Check-in will begin at 6:30. More than $500 in team prizes will be awarded.
Cost of the tournament is $95 per player, which includes green fees, cart, three raffle tickets and lunch.
Both golfers and raffle items are still needed.
