Each week the coaches at Boulder City High School nominate an athlete to spotlight for contributions made to his or her team. This week’s honoree is senior Dylan Amico, who has been on the boys varsity bowling team for four years. During his freshman and junior years, the team placed second in the state. The team won first place, the first time in the school’s history, during his sophomore year. The coaches praised Amico for his sportsmanship and support of teammates. He also sings with the school’s choir. He is the son of Amanda and Kevin Amico.
