Each week the coaches at Boulder City High School select an athlete to spotlight for contributions made to his or her team. This week’s honoree is Austin Shepard, a senior who plays linebacker and tight end on the varsity football team. In Saturday’s 26-20 loss against Desert Pines, he had seven solo tackles, one interception, one sack and one forced fumble.
