Each week the coaches at Boulder City High School nominate an athlete to spotlight for contributions made to his or her team. This week’s honoree is senior Noah Higgins, who plays doubles on the boys varsity tennis team. A transfer student from Foothill High School, Higgins joined the team without knowing how to play the game, according to coach Rachelle Huxford. Dedicated to learning the sport, Higgins and his partner, Kaeden Carver, are undefeated this season. He also plays baseball, and is the son of Thomas and Jami Higgins.
