Bloom owner Bridget O’Neil teaches a painting class at her shop. She has donated items and a special Annie Sloan chalk paint class for the annual Tricky Tray event at 5:30 a.m. Nov. 14 at the Boulder City High School gym. The event raises money for Boulder City Community Education Advisory Board, which fund local school programs. Some of these programs have been for music departments, computer classes and science departments.
