Celia Shortt Goodyear Boulder City Review
A two-phase construction project for upgrades and improvements on Arizona Street is underway. The project includes excavation, grading and paving as well as utility adjustments, pavement markings and signs. It should wrap up Dec. 6, with temporary closures on portions of the street scheduled during construction.
