Boulder City Review
Saturday, hundreds were entertained at the Boulder City Parks and Recreation gym thanks to the sounds of the Twelfth Night Handbell Festival, along with the Harmony Handbells, for their annual concert. The free event featured a variety of music, some of which included holiday sounds.
