Police said a man requested their assistance because he kicked two people off of his property after they were looking at his couches. The man told police he thought the two people would come back later and steal something.

Dec. 3, 1:22 a.m.

A woman called police because she said she heard someone banging on her door.

Dec. 3, 9:19 a.m.

A woman told police that the driver of a red Ford Focus ran a stop sign at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Adams Boulevard and almost hit her and her son in the crosswalk.

Dec. 4, 2:47 a.m.

A man told police that a possibly intoxicated man near him was being loud.

Dec. 4, 11:04 p.m.

A man said a suspect ran through his yard before running into his neighbor’s house, according to police. The man told police that the suspect then jumped onto a covered hot tub and ran away.

Dec. 5, 10:51 a.m.

Police said a man wanted to speak with them about a previous incident he had with another man in October. The man told police he demanded an apology from the other man and wanted the police to make sure he apologized, they said.

Dec. 5, 4:22 p.m.

A man told police that someone stole the license plates off of his motorcycle.

Dec. 5, 7:49 p.m.

Police received a complaint about a person being very loud and possibly intoxicated. The caller told police the person went from swearing to singing Christmas carols.

Dec. 6, 10:50 a.m.

A man told police his laptop was stolen while he was working.

Dec. 7, 1:49 p.m.

Police received a call about two bikes that were stolen overnight. The caller said the bikes were stolen from underneath a staircase.

Dec. 8, 10:42 a.m.

Police received a call about a stolen bike. The caller told police the bike was valued at $250.
