A caller said a man dressed in all-black clothing, wearing sunglasses and a hat, was writing on napkins and disrupting people.

April 22, 5:55 p.m.

A caller said his ex-girlfriend has his truck and stole his money.

April 23, 3:23 p.m.

Police said a cement truck dumped cement in the road.

April 23, 8:42 p.m.

A caller said a man was walking from Vons toward Jack in the Box, shouting obscene words while flailing his arms in the air.

April 24, 6:12 p.m.

A caller said a man was going door to door and said he was with an outreach program. The man then began practicing karate moves in the driveway, according to the caller.

April 24, 7:04 p.m.

A caller said a woman in her 60s was standing in front of an apartment. The lady was yelling and cussing at someone inside the apartment building, the caller said.

April 25, 8:19 a.m.

A caller said a person had arrived in a limo to help jump a car. The person was turned away after he was found to be drinking, the caller said. The man became belligerent and pulled out a badge and began to yell “I’m going to write you all up and you are going to be sorry.”

April 27, 2:28 p.m.

A woman called and said her neighbor told her 8-year-old daughter that she should be careful because he is known to kidnap young kids.

April 27, 3:09 p.m.

A woman called and said her son threatened to kill her and chop her to bits. The woman said her son was smoking marijuana a few years ago, but did not believe he had taken other narcotics.

April 28, 9:17 a.m.

A man called and said his ex-girlfriend took items from his house and hit him with her truck as she left.

April 28, 11:50 a.m.

A woman called after she saw a man sitting in front of her house in his van for more than 30 minutes. There were no license plates on the van.
