Police received a report of a male with severe face lacerations and a missing tooth standing in the roadway asking for help. He appeared to have been drinking.

A woman called police to report that her neighbor appeared to be intoxicated, had cuts all over her, and was attempting to get into cars in the caller’s driveway. The woman was arrested.

A man reported catching two men burglarizing his garage, after he left the garage door open 14 inches. He said he talked to one of the men, who returned a pill bottle containing coins.

A pit bull belonging to someone house- sitting at a New Mexico Street location attacked and killed a cat. The dog’s owner was cited for a dog running at large. The cat’s owner did not wish to press charges.

Police responded to a report of loud partying and fighting at Nevada Inn. A man was discovered hiding in an air duct, and his two children were taken by child protective services.
