Additional arrest made in rash of burglaries

Police have arrested another person suspected of burglarizing local residences in recent months.

April Bobadilla, 42, was arrested Feb. 12 by Boulder City Police and booked into Clark County Detention Center.

Bobadilla is being held at the detention center on $37,000 bail, awaiting a Tuesday arraignment in Boulder Township Justice Court.

She was charged with one count of burglary, three counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of petty larceny, police said.

Bobadilla is suspected of burglarizing two locations in August and November, hitting one of the locations twice, police said.

Police said Bobadilla is believed to be a conspirator of burglary suspect Christopher Nolan, who was arrested Feb. 9.

Nolan’s Justice Court preliminary hearing also is scheduled Tuesday at the local court. He is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of theft.

Nolan remainsat the detention center, held on a $53,000 bail.

A third man believed to be connected to Bobadilla and Nolan was issued a citation for possession of stolen property last week and is scheduled to appear at Boulder City Municipal Court on April 1, police said. He was not arrested because the property, an Apple iPad, was valued at less than $650, police said.

The arrests of Bobadilla and Nolan come after the arrests of Alyssa Koligian, 39, and her son Andrew Koligian, 18, who were arrested on burglary-related charges Jan. 11 at the Nevada Inn.

Alyssa Koligian was sentenced to 60 days at the detention center after pleading no contest to one misdemeanor count of possession of stolen property Feb. 11. However, on Feb. 10 the district attorney filed nine additional felony burglary charges against her in a new case. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Tuesday at Justice Court.

The Clark County district attorney dismissed all charges against Andrew Koligian.
