A man said he he wanted to speak with police about someone hitting his pickup.

Feb. 17, 5:12 p.m.

A caller told police that a girl was sitting on the utility box between the train tracks and the street. The girl, the caller said, was wearing dark clothing and fuzzy house slippers.

Feb. 18, 8:02 a.m.

A Ford F-250 and a semitrailer were involved in an accident, police said.

Feb. 18, 3:11 p.m.

Police received a call about two men who left a cab without paying their fare. After they exited the cab, the driver followed after the two men, he said. Once the driver arrived at their house, he tried to hold their garage door open and injured his wrists.

A woman told police that someone spit on her.

Police received a call about two World War II walkie-talkies, an antique fire extinguisher and a bike that had all been stolen within the past six months. The combined value for the items was about $2,200.

A man told police that one of his neighbors was having a bonfire in the backyard and that the smell was getting into his house.

Police received a call about someone who stole a doormat.

A caller told police that someone dropped off garbage and it was blocking the sidewalk in front of a house.

A caller told police they needed to check a “white thing” hanging from a car in someone’s garage.

Police received a call about a stolen bicycle.

Feb. 23, 10:19 p.m.

A man was hitting people over the head with a flashlight, police said.
