Police received reports of a man with a sign hitchhiking on southbound U.S. Highway 93.

A man called police and said someone was chasing him and threw a rock through his windshield.

A woman said her neighbor had been shooting her dog with a pellet gun, according to police.

Police received a call from someone who was upset because the owner of a yellow Labrador didn’t pick up the dog’s droppings.
